Aftercare From Willow Leaf Gifts

One of Willow Leaf’s values as a business is communication with the client. I want to keep that line of communication open between me and my clients whether they bought from me a month ago, 3 years ago or never made a purchase. I will always be at the end of the phone happy to give advice, care tips or you just fancy a catch up. 

Wear and tear- pretty much every product you buy is subject to wear and tear, especially chopping boards. They are put to work everyday with knives, water and temperature changes and over time they can become dull and damaged. You might think it is time to throw it away and buy a new one. However the great thing about wooden chopping boards is it is just surface damage, underneath the wood is new and fresh. 

What I offer 

I will always offer an aftercare service where you can send your boards or other products back to me to be sanding down, any damage repaired and resealed they product will then be sent back for a small charge for my time. 

The process 

Step 1 Pop me a message, call or email along with an image of the product so I can ascertain how much work will need to be carried out to get the product looking good again. 

Step 2 I will then provide a quote for my time and postage. I aim to keep my prices low for this service. 

Step 3 You post the Product 

Step 4 I will carry out the work as soon as I receive the product. I will aim to turn these around in just over a week. Finishing can take up to 8 hours to dry so this is what takes the time. 

Step 5 The product is returned for you to enjoy for years to come. 

I want to offer this service to my loyal clients to keep good relationships and I also believe this is really sustainable. Being able to revamp your product back to new without throwing it in the bin and buying new is much more sustainable and better for the environment.
