Refund policy

Willow Leaf Gifts wants to ensure that you are satisfied with your product (s) and we want you to be able to use it with ease and confidence. If you decide that the product you purchased is no longer required, not the right item or you simply wish to return it you can do so. We accept returns for exchange or a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Providing the product is unused, and accompanied by the original order number. 

If you wish to make a return or exchange please contact info@willowleafgifts.co.uk or 07712398662 you will need to have your order number for proof of purchase.

Returned items will be reimbursed the full purchase price upon arrival at our address.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We will only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If this is the case please email info@willowleafgifts.co.uk or call 07712398662

Shipping you product back to us :

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable
