Shipping policy

Shipping in the UK:

We aim to ship products we have in stock same day as ordering, if this does not happen they will be shipped the next day.

Bespoke orders or products that need to be made will take up to two weeks to be made and delivered this is depending on what has been ordered. 

We can offer international shipping but this only applies to 'Willow Home' and 'Willow You' products. This will be extra charge and will need to get in touch with us to arrange this
