Did you know that 90% of the bee population are solidarity and don't have a hive ?
In britain we have around 250 species of solidarity bees that are always looking for a home and shelter. These bee houses gives these vital creatures a home and shelter
- I have used a untreated wood and ensures no nasty chemicals have been used on the wood
- There are vary holes for different sized bees.
- I have used a low scented wood
Where to put your bee house ?
- You need to make sure it is off not to low so that unwanted critters can’t get in
- A garden fence or wall is a good spot If you can put it somewhere in your garden where it gets the morning sun this will help wake the bees up
- Make sure it is not in an exposed places that gets wind and rain
I hope you and your bees enjoy having a bee house !
